• Il primo programma di certificazione IT ad essere professionalmente accreditato dalla National Commission For Certifying Agencies ( NCCA )
• Pre-Requisiti: Nessuno
• Obiettivi: Passare gli esami 101 e 102
• Panoramica dei Compiti: Per passare il Livello 1 è necessario essere in grado di:
  • Lavorare con la riga di comando
  • Eseguire facili compiti di manutenzione: aiutare gli utenti, aggiungere utenti ad un sistema più grande, backup e riparazione, spegnimento, riavvio
  • Installare e configurare una workstation (compreso X) e collegarlo alla LAN, o un PC stand-alone tramite modem ad Internet.
